This place was a gem! The pool area was a fantastic escape after a long day, and the location next to shopping districts was super convenient. I enjoyed the clean and spacious room with excellent amenities, a delightful retreat. My stay was memorable, thanks to the amazing team at the executive lounge, where they took care of everything!

Crowded public areas during my stay detracted from the luxury vibe. It often felt more like a bustling tourist spot than an exclusive hotel.

I had an amazing experience with the executive lounge's menu options, especially the excellent breakfast variety and the huge, comfortable room. The only downside was occasional crowding in the lounge.

The Deluxe Room was gorgeous with nice little touches like robes and slippers. Super comfy beds! The bathroom was spacious too, which was a plus. They even provided toiletries, which was handy. Staff were really accommodating, making the entire experience even better. Honestly, the room was a solid standout during my stay!

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was stuck at a hot setting.

We loved the spacious suite and the kids enjoyed the cool DVD player. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a huge range of options. The staff, especially Nicole and Ivy, made us feel so welcome and right at home in the lounge.

For dads, it would be great if the room service frequency improved.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful they made me feel at home as soon I walked in. Had a little issue with my luggage and the concierge just jumped right in to help, even gave me a local map for getting around.

It wasn’t the cheapest option but you get what you pay for.

I absolutely loved my stay as the hotel is right next to the luxurious SKP mall and just a short stroll from beautiful parks like Chaoyang Park, making it super easy to explore and enjoy the city vibes.
